Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective practices without compromising quality. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing education of nursing staff to promote professional growth and high performance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and improve clinical workflows. Ensure all nursing activities adhere to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on nursing leadership; prior management or director-level roles preferred. Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within a healthcare setting. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive change. Experience in education administration or teaching within a university or academic environment is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, influence stakeholders, and promote a positive work culture. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred. Valid nursing license in good standing; additional certifications related to healthcare management are advantageous.
