Job Description

Director of Nursing (Long Term Care) leading nursing operations for a 13‑week travel assignment near Dodge City, Kansas. You will oversee nursing staff, develop care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high‑quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. Lead and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations. Coordinate daily nursing department operations to maintain high‑quality patient care. Document resident care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well‑being and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution. RN license in Kansas. BLS certification. CPR certification. Minimum 1 year experience in long‑term care or nursing leadership roles. Ability to work a flexible schedule within specified hours. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
