Full Job Description Experience:

$75,000•$85,000 per year Job Details•
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and coverage needs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff Assist with audits, surveys, and corrective action plans Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes Support onboarding and ongoing training for nursing team members Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing (state-specific) Previous leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey readiness Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, coach, and support clinical staff Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care
Schedule & Compensation:
