$48.04/hr - $72.05/hr (Based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Women's Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for Women's Health departments within a high-acuity hospital environment. This leadership role carries 24-hour accountability and reports directly to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) . The department supports a comprehensive range of women's and children's services, including maternal-fetal care, labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care, and pediatric emergency services, within a large, high-volume facility. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care services Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management for Women's Services departments Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and quality of care Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practices Lead quality improvement initiatives and support organizational goals and performance metrics Manage departmental budgets and ensure fiscally responsible operations Foster a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state license Minimum 5 years of recent leadership experience (Manager or Director level) in Women's Services Experience in a large, high-acuity hospital setting Experience supporting high-volume birth programs (3,500+ births annually) BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification required Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Specialty certification in
Women's Health or Nursing Leadership Additional Information Reports To:
