Wellness Director

Wellness Director (LPN) Nationally growing upscale senior living community has an opportunity for an experienced Wellness Director in the Topeka area. This is a unique leadership opportunity that allows for ongoing career growth. The Wellness Director supports all nursing services across the facility, including providing leadership and guidance on health issues. Wellness Director (LPN)

Responsibilities:

Lead all nursing and care staff members Monitor medication management & resident assessments Provide wellness assessments on residents Communicate and explain changing medical needs to the team and family members Provide onsite medical care as needed Update the Team and family members on changing medical needs Verify physician orders & supervise the ordering and management of medication, treatments, and orders under their authority Wellness Director (LPN)

Requirements:

Valid

LPN / RN

license Previous health care management experience (ideally in senior care) Experience managing direct care staff Wellness Director (LPN)
