Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with passion and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing operations, patient outcomes, and staff development. Manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective practices. Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing management teams to promote professional growth and high performance. Oversee compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and organizational policies to maintain quality assurance. Coordinate educational programs for nursing staff, including ongoing training and university-level teaching initiatives. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care processes and improve service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in management within a healthcare or hospital setting, with a strong background in nursing leadership. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinical care. Experience in education administration or university teaching related to nursing or healthcare disciplines. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
