Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care processes and improve service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in management within a healthcare or hospital setting, with a strong background in nursing leadership. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in clinical care. Experience in education administration or university teaching related to nursing or healthcare disciplines. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational change. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
