Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents. Conduct comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessments. Ensure compliance, efficiency, and the team's understanding of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Associate degree or higher from an accredited college. LTC/SNF experience preferred. Passion for serving seniors. Strong relationship-building skills. Helmwood Healthcare is an equal-opportunity employer.
