We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate Director of Wellness to join our team at The Blake at Colonial Club . Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A meaningful leadership role that directly impacts resident health, safety, and well‑being Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding company Primary Responsibilities of the Director of Wellness Oversee and ensure effective daily operations within the wellness department Supervise nursing and personal care staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and accountability Assess residents' health, functional abilities, and psychosocial status while proactively managing care needs Ensure superior clinical care and promote a service-oriented, resident-centered approach Maintain full compliance with all Federal and State guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards Support staffing needs—including scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluating clinical team members Partner with leadership to maintain a safe, joyful, and wellness-focused environment Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident success Requirements Education, Experience & Certifications A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others Current state LPN license required Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience Experience with hiring, budgeting, and schedule management Current CPR certification Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) Current First Aid certification (preferred) Experience in Assisted Living, Long-term Care, or dementia care (preferred) Flexibility to assist across various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
