Job Description
Assistant Director of Nurses need for fulltime position to assist the Director of Nursing in managing the nursing department of our 128 bed nursing facility. ADON must have an unencumbered RN license. Previous experience preferred but not required. ADON will assist with staffing, supervision of staff, and other clinical duties such as high risk meetings, rounds with the medical and ID team, wound care, IV therapy, etc. Excellent benefits and private ownership.
