Skilled Nursing - Volare Health, LLC Join a Team That Makes a Difference Volare Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our Lakeshore Manor skilled nursing facility in Slidell , LA. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Nursing Services Department Develop and oversee resident care plans and assessments Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards Manage clinical budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment Act quickly and effectively in emergency situations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (State of Oregon) BSN preferred Minimum of 3 years of nurse leadership experience , preferably in a skilled nursing setting (hospital experience will be considered) Strong knowledge of long-term care, rehabilitative and restorative nursing Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Apply Today!
