Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . Working alongside the Director of Nursing, you'll help lead daily clinical operations, support and mentor nursing staff, and play an important role in delivering outstanding care to our residents. If you're an RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operation of the nursing department Support, mentor, and supervise nursing staff Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in clinical oversight, quality improvement, and survey readiness Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote exceptional resident care Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered environment Qualifications Active RN license required Skilled nursing and/or long-term care experience required Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions
CompensationBenefits Salary:
$106,000-$110,000 per year , based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Full-time position with a supportive leadership team
