Job Description
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN with skilled nursing experience who is looking to grow in nursing leadership within a supportive long-term care environment. The ADON supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, nursing staff, compliance, and quality resident care throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and clinical support Help oversee compliance, audits, and quality care initiatives Participate in admissions, care planning, and resident oversight Promote strong communication and teamwork throughout the facilityQualifications:
Active RN license required Skilled nursing / long-term care experience required Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skillsCompensationBenefits:
Salary:
