32 hours a week Rivercrest is seeking a Part-Time Staff Development Coordinator to join our Skilled Nursing Team Rivercrest Wellness & Rehab is Newbury Court's Skilled Nursing Unit for long-term care, short-term care, and rehab services. Our 35-bed community provides a high level of care and a home-like environment to our residents. Newbury Court has a long tradition of providing care, compassion, and an exceptional quality of life for residents and employees. Best PPE available! 5-star staff to patient ratio. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Registered Nurse with a current Massachusetts license Must have graduated from an accredited nursing school. Minimum of three years of nursing experience (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred) Knowledge of DPH Regulations for SNF Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel; possesses qualities of integrity, compassion, empathy and is able to communicate effectively with residents and their families Ability to work independently; ability to make appropriate decisions quickly during times of emergency.
