Director of Nursing Come Join The RegalCare Team! RegalCare at Harwich is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth and development

Qualifications :
