What You'll Do As Director of Nursing, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care throughout the center.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, mentoring, and supporting nursing staff Ensuring quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes Overseeing staffing, regulatory compliance, and clinical programs Collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care Driving quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness What We're Looking For Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license Current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience At least 1 year of long-term care experience Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing preferred Why Springside?
