Job Description

Interim LTC Unit Manager - Skilled Nursing Facility, Post-Acute Rehab, and Long Term Care Responsibilities Our client needs someone ready-to-go with little to no ramp-up. They will need to hit the ground running. This role will oversee two units for a total budgeted census of 72 beds. 60 direct FTEs, with payroll and discipline responsibilities, hiring and exiting staff, while managing the unit(s). This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Active MD RN or Compact State Licensure Nursing leadership experience within long term care and skilled nursing facilities Tentative Compensation Plan 13-week contract with opportunity to extend W-2
Pay:
$2,900-$3,000/week, Paid Weekly Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no cost
