Job Description
Pinnacle Health and Rehab at South Portland is an 73 bed skilled and long-term care facility. We are accepting applications for a Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess great leadership skills, be intuitive and enjoy caring for our staff and residents with a commitment to delivery of quality of care for all. Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing manages the overall operations of the Nursing Department in accordance with the facility policies, standards of nursing practices, and government regulations while assuring that quality care is delivered in an efficient and compassionate manner. Candidates must be strong advocates for excellent resident care, have excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities. RN License in Maine Director of Nursing, 2 years or more preferred Management in a skilled facility setting, 2 years preferred $5000. Sign on bonus
