Balancing people and paperwork:

care plans, hospital discharges, satisfaction surveys, audits—you've got the head and heart to juggle it all. Running meetings with residents, families, physicians, and staff with empathy and excellence. Inspiring a culture of quality care, strong teamwork, and resident-first mentality. Staying sharp on Michigan State and Federal skilled nursing regulations (you're the compliance compass!). Advocating for your residents—because every concern deserves your full attention. Using data, reports, and insights to make smart decisions and drive positive outcomes. ✅ What You Bring to the Table A current Michigan RN license, in good standing (non-negotiable). Prior leadership experience—ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Supervisor? We want it. Strong LTC/geriatric care knowledge with a rehab/restorative mindset. Leadership skills that bring calm to chaos and confidence to the team. Solid communication skills (written, verbal, and a little humor doesn't hurt). Comfortable with basic tech and EMR—we'll teach the rest. Able to meet health, drug screening, background, and physical exam requirements.
