Job Description

Hiring:
Director of Nursing (DON)?? St. Ignace, Michigan (Onsite) | ?? Full-Time •hrs/week)We are seeking a strong clinical leader to oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility.

The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.
Key Requirements:
3–5+ years of nursing leadership experienceActive Michigan RN license (required before start)Experience in skilled nursing or long-term careStrong knowledge of clinical operations & compliance (CMS)Proven ability to lead and manage nursing teams
Preferred:
Prior DON or Assistant DON experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and standardsThis is a leadership-focused onsite role for someone ready to drive quality care and operational excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
