Built in 2011, PioneerCare Center is a beautiful 105-bed skilled nursing facility in Fergus Falls, a regional center within west central Minnesota lakes country. The Director of Nursing leads the PioneerCare Center clinical team to fulfill the organization s mission and is accountable for providing direction and administration of day-to-day operations associated with direct patient care. This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation dependent on experience.
