Director of Nursing:
Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota Must have long term care experience Must have prior experience as a DON in a skilled nursing setting Proven leadership in skilled nursing or long-term care settings Strong clinical, regulatory, and staffing management skills Collaborative approach to team building and staff development Strategic and operational focus on quality, compliance, and resident care outcomes Responsibilites of the
