Job Description

Direcctor Of Nursing Needed For Senior Living Communities YOU Making over $115k as a Director Of Nursing is the new norm for you given your responsibility. In these vibrant luxury nursing homes, your leadership guides a passionate team dedicated to exceptional rehabilitation, be it a swift return home or a comfortable, personalized long-term stay. We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Director of Nursing to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workload management. Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff development. Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure resident needs are holistically addressed. Contribute to the positive culture of the facility, promoting resident and staff satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Active RN license in the state of
MINNESOTA.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting. Demonstrated strong clinical skills and expertise in rehabilitation nursing. Proven ability to effectively motivate, mentor, and develop staff. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
