A typical day includes:

Maintaining and assuring that the following functions are performed to promote quality nursing care Overseeing operations/policies and procedures Providing leadership and guidance to staff

Job Requirements:

Education :

Associate's degree

Experience:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an LTC, SNF, or Acute Care setting.

Skills:

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, excellent leadership/mentorship skills.

License:

RN,LPN, LVN

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk throughout the facility, and assist with resident care as needed. The position is The position is: Full -Time Days.
