Graduate of approved School of Nursing; BSN required, MSN preferred
Current licensure in State of MO as a Registered Nurse or licensure eligibility required
Certification required within two years of hire
3 years' experience in Specialty or Related field and/or Supervising Experience
BLS and ACLS validation required
Possession of working knowledge of budget, staffing, nursing care hours, patient acuity
Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Requirements
Familiar with Basic Nursing Performance Standards as outlined in the MO Nurse Practice Act
Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm for change
Must possess exceptional customer relation and communication skills including the ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and in interactions within all levels of the organization
