Director of Nursing (DON) $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Quarterly Installments)

What You'll Do:
Lead and rebuild a high-performing clinical team Maintain current State & Federal Compliance Drive clinical excellence and ensure outstanding resident outcomes Foster a positive, team-driven, and energized work environment Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development Prepare for and maintain survey readiness at all times Partner with leadership to create a strong operational foundation
What You Bring:
Current RN license (required) Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong knowledge of State & Federal regulations and survey processes Working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) - EMR knowledge is a plus A passion for building teams and leading through change Confidence, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
