What You'll Do:

Lead and help build a high-performing clinical team Establish and maintain full compliance with State and Federal regulations Drive clinical excellence and ensure outstanding resident outcomes Foster a positive, team-driven, and energized work environment Oversee staffing, scheduling, and staff development Maintain survey readiness at all times Partner with leadership to create a strong operational foundation

What You Bring:

Current RN license (required) Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations and survey processes A passion for building teams and leading through change Confidence, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
