The Director of Nursing Residential Living will guide a warm, person-centered Residential Living environment—synonymous with assisted living, senior living, and residential care—where residents benefit from restorative nursing, chronic condition management, life-enrichment programming, and seamless transitions of care; in this Full time capacity, the Director of Nursing Residential Living functions as an RN leader who champions communication with residents and families, and applies strong problem solving to elevate care plans, MDS accuracy, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and quality metrics across the continuum.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Nursing Residential Living leads charge nurses and care leaders while partnering closely with social work, therapy, pharmacy, case management, and provider teams; the Director of Nursing Residential Living ensures supportive staffing models, precepting and mentoring, competency development, survey preparedness, budget stewardship, and EHR optimization, all within a culture of friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that values mutual respect, shared decision-making, Just Culture safety principles, and resident dignity every shift.
