Description:
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Libby Care Center | Libby, MT Libby Care Center is seeking a process-driven, people-focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON in leading clinical operations and building a strong, engaged team.
What You'll Do:
Support daily clinical operations, compliance, and quality outcomes Partner with the DON on survey readiness and performance improvement Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff Strengthen workflows, documentation, and accountability Act as a change champion and culture warrior, promoting a positive team environment

Requirements:
Education Graduate of accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN. Licenses/Certification Valid RN license in the state employed. Valid CPR certification. DNS-CT or CDONA, optional. Valid driver's license. Experience 2 years successful nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
