Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A residential treatment program serving adolescents is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead all nursing operations and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the nursing department while partnering closely with clinical and executive leadership to support positive outcomes for youth and families. The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader with experience in behavioral health or residential care, a commitment to regulatory excellence, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
