Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to delivering exceptional care and clinical excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and support our mission of providing outstanding care to our residents and families. Position Overview The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care. This leadership role plays a critical part in staff development, clinical oversight, quality improvement, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader with strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to building and supporting high-performing teams.
