We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and help drive outstanding resident outcomes. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality care. Responsibilities Direct and oversee all nursing services within the facility. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to promote clinical excellence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care. Monitor quality measures, infection prevention programs, and clinical outcomes. Manage staffing, scheduling, and nursing department budgets. Participate in survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff. Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinical operations, and drive quality outcomes.
