leah.pennington@lifepointhealth.net How You'll Contribute As a Quality Director, you will: Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices. Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Be a proactive leader and innovator in patient care delivery. Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Qualifications & Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license) Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required) One year of relative experience (preferred, but not required) About Our Health System Person Memorial Hospital is a 68-bed facility located in Roxboro, North Carolina , proudly serving our community with high-quality healthcare services.
