We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations for our 145-bed skilled nursing facility and 38-bed assisted living community . This is an exciting opportunity to shape resident care, mentor and develop nursing professionals, and drive quality outcomes in a resident-centered environment where compassion and excellence are at the heart of everything we do. As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion clinical excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.   • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs through coaching, engagement, and professional development. ✔ Drive Clinical Excellence
  • Oversee resident care plans, ensure exceptional clinical outcomes, and maintain accurate, timely documentation. ✔ Ensure Regulatory Success
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations while leading survey readiness efforts and quality initiatives. ✔ Optimize Operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and departmental resources to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. ✔ Build Meaningful Relationships
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate positive partnerships with residents, families, physicians, and community stakeholders. ✔ Champion Quality Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies that enhance resident satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and staff engagement.
