What You'll Do Lead and support the nursing team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support growth and success Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment Ensure continuity of care and excellence in service delivery Position Requirements Current RN license CPR Certification Participation in an on-call rotation Growing Your Leadership Impact In this role, you will expand your leadership influence by driving clinical excellence, supporting team development, and ensuring outstanding care standards.
