We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and champion excellence in resident-centered care.
This is more than a leadership position--it's an opportunity to shape culture, develop future nursing leaders, and drive clinical excellence in a supportive, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team to deliver outstanding resident care
Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and all state and federal regulations
Oversee clinical quality measures and EMR/EHR documentation accuracy
Direct nursing operations and coordinate effective staffing practices
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Participate in the facility's on-call rotation What You Bring Active RN license with current CPR certification
Leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation
Strong knowledge of nursing administration, Medicare, and regulatory requirements
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation review
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to coach, develop, and retain a strong nursing team
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and care planning
