We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving older adults in the Omaha area. This beautifully renovated community offers a welcoming environment with modern updates, peaceful outdoor spaces, and a stunning chapel featuring stained-glass windows. You'll work alongside an engaged Nursing Home Administrator with a strong clinical background who is committed to supporting the nursing team and ensuring resident-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader who is passionate about long-term care, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Assist with survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives Monitor resident care and promote clinical excellence Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding resident outcomes Help develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture What We're Looking For Current RN license in Nebraska (or compact state) Previous nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes Passion for serving the senior population Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Dependable, hands-on leader who leads by example Ability to coach, mentor, and support a diverse team Why Join Us?
