Nursing Full Job Description Job Description:
Omni Inventive Care is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations across multiple programs, including Residential DD, Substitute Care, Outpatient, Nutrition & Wellness, and Foster Care services. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, infection control standards, and effective medication management across the organization. The Director of Nursing provides supervision, training, and support to nursing staff and Medication Aides, conducts audits and site visits, and collaborates with internal teams and external healthcare professionals to improve client outcomes. Responsibilities include overseeing staff education, monitoring health and nutrition assessments, managing infection control initiatives, and ensuring compliance with CDC, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications:
RN (BSN or higher) with active Nebraska license CPR certification Strong knowledge of infection control, medication administration, and healthcare regulations Leadership experience in healthcare settings (mental health/DD preferred) This is a salaried leadership position requiring strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to support staff and client care across a multi-site organization.
Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
