We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing DON to lead our skilled nursing facility team in Claremont, NH. - Lead and manage the nursing department, including coordinating the daily activities and operations of the facility
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
