Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing department, including coordinating the daily activities and operations of the facility Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and employee satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services Conduct performance evaluations, implement employee development plans, and address employee concerns Model excellent clinical nursing practice and professional behavior Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and facility policies Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting to enhance the overall quality of care and services

Requirements:
