Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more Position Summary Langdon Place of Dover is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The DON is responsible for overseeing all nursing services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing operations and clinical services Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice Lead, mentor, and support nursing leadership including ADONs, nurse managers, and floor staff Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention of nursing personnel Participate in QA/QAPI initiatives, audits, and performance improvement activities Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction Serve as a clinical and administrative liaison with physicians, families, and regulatory agencies Support emergency preparedness and on-call coverage as required Qualifications Current RN license in the State of New Hampshire Minimum 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with survey readiness, staffing management, and quality improvement Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care Why Join Langdon Place of Dover? $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
