ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a deficiency-free skilled nursing facility with a strong clinical reputation. As ADON at St. Francis, you'll work alongside an experienced team in a building that's already doing things right — and help keep it that way. If you're a nurse ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact, this is your role. Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Administrator, you'll be central to day-to-day clinical operations, quality standards, and team development. On-call rotation is one weekend per month — manageable, predictable, and fairly shared.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active RN license; graduate of an accredited nursing program At least one year of experience in long-term care At least one year in a supervisory or clinical leadership role A clinically sharp, steady leader who can support a high-performing team and sustain a culture of excellence
