Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Skilled Nursing Salary:
$95,000 - $110,000 annually This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact from day one. As ADON, youll be a vital part of the clinical leadership team at St. Teresa — a 47-bed skilled nursing facility guided by a mission of compassionate, service-driven care. ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Administrator, the ADON plays a central role in day-to-day nursing operations, quality oversight, and survey readiness. Youll support and mentor the nursing team, help strengthen clinical systems, and contribute to a culture where residents receive the highest standard of care. On-call rotation is one weekend per month — manageable, predictable, and fairly shared.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
