Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS)

Days Job Summary:
The ADNS performs nursing leadership functions in accordance with facility policies, state/federal regulations, and the Nurse Practice Act to ensure high-quality resident care.
Requirements:
RN license in NH (or compact license) 1+ year long-term care experience, including supervisory experience Knowledge of PDPM/MDS, Medicare/Medicaid, and geriatric nursing Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assist Director of Nursing with daily operations, staffing, and compliance Monitor resident care, medication administration, and care plans Provide leadership, staff training, and direct care as needed Ensure adherence to policies, HIPAA, and safety standards
