Job Description

Director of Nursing Services BrettonTrova - 5.0 Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time $110,000 - $120,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Retirement plan Pet insurance Qualifications Senior living facility experience Nursing department supervision Operational management Long-term care facility experience Quality resident care Full Job Description A well-established non-profit healthcare organization in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead clinical care at a long-term care facility. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role. If you're a seasoned LTC nurse leader who wants real autonomy and the chance to shape the culture of a close-knit community, this is an opportunity worth a look. As DON, you'll hold ultimate responsibility for the delivery of resident care and serve as a key member of the facility's leadership team. Because this is a smaller, non-profit organization, you'll have more autonomy than you'd typically find at larger companies — leadership empowers their DONs and clinical teams to make decisions on admissions and care, and the smaller facility size means you can truly make it your own community and shape its culture. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services, ensuring continuity across each resident's total regimen of care Assuming responsibility for the facility during the Administrator's absence Conducting daily clinical rounds Overseeing the care planning process, admission/discharge process, and RAI process Actively addressing QI and SOC issues, incorporating them into the CQI process, ensuring correction plans are implemented, and monitoring results Compensation & Benefits Eligible for a 15% quarterly bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Critical illness, accident, long-term disability, legal plan, and pet insurance available Flexible Spending Account 401(k) plan with a 3% automatic employer contribution Why Join This Team Greater autonomy — as a smaller non-profit, leadership empowers DONs and their teams to make real decisions on admissions and care Shape the culture — with a smaller facility, you can genuinely make this your community and influence how it operates day to day Mission-driven environment — a warm, supportive setting where residents are cared for according to their individual needs A leadership team that values its clinical leaders and the role they play Ready to Apply? If you're an experienced LTC nurse leader ready to step into a role with real ownership and impact, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to discuss the opportunity.
