The Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at our busy 156-bed skilled nursing facility . Following the retirement of our incredible Director of Nursing after more than 28 years of dedicated service , we are looking for the right leader to continue that legacy of excellence. The successful candidate will join a strong and stable leadership team and work closely with an Administrator who has been in place for more than 30 years . What We're Looking For We are seeking a Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire who brings both strong clinical knowledge and exceptional leadership ability. The ideal candidate is passionate about long-term care, values resident-centered service, and is committed to supporting staff through a leadership style rooted in coaching, accountability, and respect.
