Director of Nursing The New Jersey Eye Center Bergenfield, NJ Job Details Full-time From $120,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications CPR Certification Nursing Clinical compliance checks RN License Physiology knowledge Administrative experience Supervising experience Bachelor of Science in Nursing Medical management Bachelor's degree in nursing Hospital regulatory compliance AED Certification Full Job Description Qualifications Must have strong clinical experience and experience with updating manuals, compliance, and inspections Experienced in AAAHC accreditation for an ambulatory surgical center The Director of nursing is responsible for all administrative and clinical operations of the surgery center and so needs a strong leadership background with administrative and clinical skills, needs to work in a fast paced environment and learn high surgery workflow and skill set very quickly, also needs to manage other nurses and other surgery center staff affectively Strong work ethic and good communication skills are a must Healthcare management: 1 year (Required)

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to provide comprehensive care

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of physiology and healthcare systems
- Experience working in a OR, opthalmology experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
