- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of physiology and healthcare systems
- Experience working in a OR, opthalmology experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
