As ADON, you will assist the Director of Nursing in leading the centers nursing team through a shared vision and purpose regarding direct patient care. You will also serve as the clinical operational liaison between units and the DON.

Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of NJ, required Five(5) years of progressively responsible nursing experience in clinical setting is preferred. Three (3) years of supervisory experience in long term care/sub-acute setting is preferred Must be computer literate and experience with EMR preferred Effective written and oral communication skills required Aptitude for problem-solving And must have a proven track record with building successful nursing team Infection Prevention, QAPI & Wound Care experience is preferred and the ADON will act in the DON capacity in their absence.
