Cherry Hill, NJ (Regional Oversight of 10 Facilities)

Salary:

$185k - $240k Job Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Regional Director of Nursing (RDON) to work under the Chief Clinical Officer, lead the department of health and manage crises. This is a critical executive leadership position overseeing ten Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) exclusively in the New Jersey area . The RDON is responsible for the clinical vision, regulatory health, and overall quality of care across the region. We are looking for a veteran RN leader who can standardize clinical protocols, mentor building-level DONs, and ensure that our "start-up" culture of excellence is felt in every hallway of every facility. You will be the clinical "North Star" for our administrators and nursing teams. Regional Clinical Strategy & Oversight Standardization of Care:

Develop and implement uniform nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care across all 6 facilities to ensure consistency and excellence.

Survey Readiness & Regulatory Defense:

Conduct mock surveys and regular clinical audits to ensure 100% compliance with CMS and Florida AHCA regulations. You will provide "on-the-ground" support to buildings during state surveys.

QAPI Leadership:

Analyze regional data and clinical outcomes to drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives.

Intervention:

Identify "at-risk" buildings and step in to provide intensive clinical support and remediation plans where needed. Qualifications and Experience Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Regional Experience Preferred:

Minimum 3-5 years of Regional/Multi-site clinical leadership experience in the SNF/LTC space. (Candidates with 7+ years as a high-performing DON in a large, complex building may be considered).

Survey Success:

A proven "track record" of successful AHCA surveys and a deep understanding of New Jerseys regulatory landscape.

Travel:

Willingness to travel daily between throughout New Jersey.
