Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our surgery center with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage budgets effectively, and promote a collaborative environment that supports both staff development and organizational growth. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve operational excellence while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes Oversee departmental budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to ensure efficiency and sustainability Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth Coordinate educational programs and training initiatives to ensure staff competency and adherence to best practices Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to optimize clinical workflows and improve overall service delivery Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care across all nursing operations Qualifications Proven experience in management within healthcare settings, preferably in education administration or university-affiliated programs Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and leadership development Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with clarity and motivation Experience in teaching or curriculum development within a healthcare or academic environment is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Valid nursing license in good standing with relevant regulatory bodies Join us as we elevate nursing excellence through innovative leadership! Pay:
$125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
