Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
ADON Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations Support, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in care planning, audits, and quality assurance initiatives Step in for the DON as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
ADON Qualifications:
New Jersey RN license Experience of leading nurses in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
